90 Days


It has been 90 Days since I started working out. I followed P90X the first sixty days and then began to add Insanity workouts to the mix. I pushed myself further than I have ever been before in athleticism. What do I want to do now? Keep on going! It’s a habit now. The adrenaline, the rush, the satisfaction that you gave it your all. I can’t believe I did it! Commitment! I stayed strong through the holidays and never gave up! Today it is okay to be a little selfish. I am happy!
